- I’m getting started, I have taken over the Area 72 Secretary Email account and have sent out the requests for reports from DCMs/Intergroups/CSOs/Host Committees
- I have looked over the Secretary Handbook and I’m trying to get comfortable with the duties of the Area Secretary
Problems or issues you are facing or have already dealt with. [Including any solutions you have found or are considering and whether you would like to hear the solutions others have found to similar problems.]
- Reading about things and doing things is often a very different process, but I’m trying and have made a few small errors in sending emails, but it’s all working out
Please share some goals you hope to achieve or begin work on in the next quarter.
- I am hoping to get to know everyone as they come to their new service positions in the area and to be of as much help as possible
- I will be setting up Secretary Workshops to get together with the District Secretaries and hopefully share some ideas of how to make the secretary position as standardized and simple as possible
